Due to the different arrival & departure times of our members we do not operate an airport transfer service, but taxi’s are available at the airport or alternatively the public transport service.

This is available for a fee, but always subject to availability, please ask the Customer Relations team prior to your arrival, but as always, should you arrive earlier that check-in time (17.00) you can always leave your luggage at the reception and start your holiday.

As with early check-in, there is a fee and this is also subject to availability, you can request this at reception a few days before your departure.

Breakfast or half board is available at both Palm Beach Club and Hollywood Mirage Club and members of Beverly Hills Heights Club can dine at Hollywood Mirage Club.  All of the resorts have on-resort alternatives.

Yes, you can add additional nights before or after your own week(s), or just a little holiday at another time of year, these can reserved with your Customer Relations Team and have an amazing 17% discount for members.

Yes, this is possible for an upgrade fee and of course subject to availability, ask your Customer Relations team.

There aren’t any sales teams at any of the Clubs, but once a year the Club Committees do issue a list of weeks which can be purchased by Members, family or friends – the terms and conditions of the purchase are published on the Members Area for a period of time each year, again ask your Customer Relations Team ¡!

Yes, this can be done, but the maintenance fees must be paid in advance.

Yes, but it must be yourselves who request/authorise this.

Yes, you can request a payment plan from the team, but please remember that even though you have your dates booked the fees must be paid in full before occupying.

Request between 25 and 24 months prior to occupation, otherwise between 23 months and 30 days will be a resort booking.

Yes, as long as you advise 30 days prior to arrival date, if cancelled in time the week(s) can be re-booked within the year, but subject to availability, if not, the week(s) will be lost.
